Job Description

• The role is responsible for managing operations of the costing function within UBS for both Voice and Messaging. This role is a managerial role with responsibility for a small team including outsourced resources. It is also an individual contributor role in management of supplier rates and communications. This role will require analytical skills as well as a keen eye for automation opportunities and potentially leveraging AI/ML tools. This is a tactical role with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results.

Responsibilities
Leader for MMX Portal team to help lead and support MMX costing team during IST hours.

Team Lead for Projects in MMX Portal help with testing and implementation during IST.

Lead MMX team on future projects and enhancements and next gen initiatives

Develop and Ensure MMX portal KPIs are being met

Ensure MMX portal process documents are updated and current

Overall manager duties for MMX Portal side

Lead for Tiger Management (all order types below), Lead UAT testing for Tiger and Lead coordination of UAT testing with team for upcoming Tiger system replacement.

Setting up new supplier account in Reflex(Authorized id, time zone and converting the rate sheet from spam Queue

Uploading the rates into Reflex and sending emails to supplier, billing team, approving the order in Tiger

Reserving and approving the name change, time zone change, currency change and facility order, coordinating with sales

Uploading the rates into Reflex and sending emails to supplier approving the order in tiger

Migration SS Management Report Prep

Routing only swap delays - monthly report

Lead Coordinator Billing increment changes for all countries (updating, approval tracking, report to billing, followups)

Access list of Whitelist for auditors

KPI Stats Report

Audit Ratesheets for Sox Compliancy

Axon Stats and Processing Stats Report Prep

Cycle time Report

Dispute mail analysis

Current and upcoming project UAT (For example, Reflex to Optimus, Billing Increments, OBC Project etc.)

Lead demonstrator of Process for Internal/External Auditors; Coordinator of Data Requests for Auditors, Assist Auditor Info Gathering

Special Projects UAT(AI Project, Dormant Accts, Supplier Policy Sending etc.)

Manage Supervisor queue (shared role), Supplier Coding Request Mgmt

Assist with Management of Seedlist, Supplier Signed Forms, Team Trainings

Uploading the rates into Reflex and sending emails to supplier approving the order in tiger

Managing Notice period Change, Bilat/Swap order, and Disconnected accounts in Reflex/Tiger

Spam Queue Management in Reflex,Action Required management regarding Tiger Orders, Projects, Internal team requests.

Lead Exemption and OBC Supplier Maintenance yearly Reviews. Assist with Wikifiles Doc maintenance

Tiger and Axon Production/Axon Ordrer Report Mgmt

Lead managing supplier signed amendments to Legal repository

Document Retrieval/Archival for Legal (DRT Team or FS Team)

The role may be an individual contributor or may lead a small team.

Minimum Qualification & Experience
experience in Finance preferred
