Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to engage with potential clients, promote our BPO services, negotiate terms, and successfully onboard new clients. Qualified leads will be provided to help you focus on conversions and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on provided leads to initiate contact and pitch our BPO services.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their outsourcing needs.
  • Present customized service solutions, conduct meetings, and address client queries.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in BPO or service sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in presenting and closing deals with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a strong follow-up ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹49,201.78 per month
