What you'll do-

L- ead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack product features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and customer impact.
G- uide the development of GenAI and Agentic AI features, integrating LLMs and intelligent agents into SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
C- ollaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to shape product strategy and translate business needs into technical requirements.
T- ake ownership of end-to-end software delivery — from prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
C- onduct and lead code reviews, design discussions, and best practice adoption across the team.
P- rovide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the team's skill and capability building.
D- rive the modernization and optimization of the application using technologies like SAP UI5, TypeScript, React, Redux, and cloud-native tools.
E- nsure high test coverage and reliability through TDD, unit testing, E2E testing, and CI/CD practices.
C- ollaborate with mobile developers to ensure seamless cross-platform experiences (Web + Mobile).
S- tay ahead of trends in GenAI, web frameworks, SAP BTP, and continuously improve codebase and development processes.

What you bring-

8- + years of hands-on experience developing scalable, cloud-based web applications.
B- achelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
S- trong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and their application in enterprise software.
E- xpertise in SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP UI5, and Agent Builder is highly desirable.
P- roficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and modern web tooling.
E- xperience working with RESTful APIs, cloud deployment, and monitoring.
D- eep experience in software design patterns, performance optimization, and debugging.
S- olid knowledge of TDD, test automation, and experience with tools like Jest, Cypress, or similar.
E- xposure to mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
A- passion for mentoring, sharing knowledge, and leading by example.
E- xcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with global, distributed teams.
