What you'll do-

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack product features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and customer impact.
• Guide the development of GenAI and Agentic AI features, integrating LLMs and intelligent agents into SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to shape product strategy and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Take ownership of end-to-end software delivery — from prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Conduct and lead code reviews, design discussions, and best practice adoption across the team.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the team's skill and capability building.
• Drive the modernization and optimization of the application using technologies like SAP UI5, TypeScript, React, Redux, and cloud-native tools.
• Ensure high test coverage and reliability through TDD, unit testing, E2E testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to ensure seamless cross-platform experiences (Web + Mobile).
• Stay ahead of trends in GenAI, web frameworks, SAP BTP, and continuously improve codebase and development processes.

What you bring-

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing scalable, cloud-based web applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and their application in enterprise software.
• Expertise in SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP UI5, and Agent Builder is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and modern web tooling.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, cloud deployment, and monitoring.
• Deep experience in software design patterns, performance optimization, and debugging.
• Solid knowledge of TDD, test automation, and experience with tools like Jest, Cypress, or similar.
• Exposure to mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
• A passion for mentoring, sharing knowledge, and leading by example.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with global, distributed teams.
