We are seeking a highly skilled
Application Designer with strong expertise in SAP UI5 Development
to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering user-centric applications that align with business requirements and organizational objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, and create intuitive solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Independently perform application design and development activities, evolving into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and actively participate in team discussions to provide innovative solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements, validate concepts, and incorporate feedback from business users.
  • Design and develop prototypes, wireframes, and proof-of-concept applications to visualize design ideas.
  • Ensure applications adhere to
    SAP Fiori design principles
    , usability standards, and business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to deliver high performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    SAP UI5 Development
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SAP Fiori design guidelines
    and best practices.
  • Experience working with
    RESTful APIs
    and
    OData services
    .
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with
    SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
    .
  • Understanding of
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Exposure to
    cloud deployments and SAP Fiori Launchpad configurations
    .
