Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer (SAP UI5 – SME) to design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP UI5 development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive professional who can provide innovative solutions, ensure successful project delivery, and contribute to organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP UI5 development and application design.
  • Lead and manage team performance by guiding, mentoring, and driving collaboration.
  • Take ownership of team-level and cross-team decisions ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define solutions for complex problems.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build and enhance team capabilities.
  • Oversee project progress and ensure timely delivery of defined milestones.
  • Contribute strategically to architectural and design decisions across multiple projects.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP UI5 Development with proven project experience (7.5+ years).
  • Solid understanding of application design principles, architecture, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in building scalable, user-friendly UI5 applications.
  • Proficiency in RESTful services and OData protocol integration.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to TOSCA Testsuite for test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
