Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian space industry, specifically in areas related to space technology and research. The Sales Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the organization and ISRO, ensuring strategic collaboration, effective communication, and alignment with ISRO's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively promote collaboration between ISRO and the organization.
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of ISRO-related projects.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Provide regular updates on ISRO requirements and project progress.
- Maintain consistent communication with both ISRO and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, contracts, grants, and collaborative research initiatives.
- Support the preparation of reports, records, presentations, and briefings for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of communications, agreements, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, business development, or project management, preferably within aerospace or defence.
- Strong understanding of the aerospace and space technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior officials.
- Track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based, with frequent travel to ISRO facilities.
- Attendance at conferences, industry events, and meetings as required.
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours work.

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
