We're Hiring: Visa Helpdesk (Voice Process)

Immediate Joiners.

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Company: Teleperformance

Salary: Up to 4.0 LPA (CTC)

Eligibility: UG/Grads with minimum 6 months customer service work experience on papers.

Language: Fluent English and Hindi Communication.

* months of customer service experience, preferably in a visa or travel-related field.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

* Multilingual skills are a plus.
