Business Development Manager(GIN)

Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue business opportunities in Smart Field segments like Railways, Mining and Cement including MRO
- Mapping of the players in these segments across and executing a go-to-market strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, public sector undertakings (PSUs), private sector undertakings, EPC contractors, engineering consultants etc.
- Collaboration with the sales team and channel partners to develop business in these segments.
- Appointment or development of channel partners or liasoning agents specifically focused on these segments.
- Monitor government tenders, RFPs, and rail-related procurement processes to lead proposal development and bidding.
- Develop market entry and expansion strategies tailored to these segments
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting these sectors.
- Participation and representation in various exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars related to these sectors.
- Develop marketing material and competency of sales team l focused on these segments
- In this position you will have to communicate with all internal departments and your external relations would consist of Customers, Organizations and Associations. inclined
