Role & responsibilities

Marketing (Offline & Online):

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage product branding, promotions, and campaigns to drive market awareness and product adoption.
  • Execute online marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and website management.
  • Organize offline activities such as CME programs, trade shows, medical conferences, distributor meets, and field force promotions.
  • Coordinate with product managers, design teams, and vendors for marketing collateral and digital content.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients within the domestic pharmaceutical sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, close deals, and increase revenue.
  • Explore tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the companys reach and product portfolio.

Strategic & Operational Planning:

  • Develop short- and long-term business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare marketing and sales forecasts, budgets, and ROI analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
