Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of low-complexity projects

• Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Manage detailed project budget

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the streamlined execution of projects

• Provide regular updates to the program manager/stakeholders on project status and risks/issues

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

• Coordinate project execution activities, which include development, implementation, testing, and training plans, and ensure the successful transition to support and maintain teams

• Perform risk and issue management to ensure on-time delivery with quality

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, 3+ years work experience; work experience can be waived with higher than minimum Degree requirement met

• Demonstrate project management skills and ability to deliver results

• Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity, research creative solutions, and implement new processes

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
