Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Community Manager based in New Delhi. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the community, managing social media channels, organizing events, and creating content to foster a positive presence and engagement. The role will also involve responding to community inquiries, monitoring feedback, and collaborating with the team to develop community strategies that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse community members.
  • Experience in Social Media Management: Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
  • Managing and running ambassador program
  • Content Creation and Marketing Skills: Skilled in creating engaging content, including blogs, articles, and social media posts, and experience in digital marketing strategies.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Ability to organize and manage both virtual and in-person events to foster community engagement.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Capable of addressing community issues and providing actionable insights based on feedback and analytics.
  • Experience in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency: Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
