Job Title:
Decision Analytics – Marketing Analytics Expert
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Driving data-driven marketing strategies by applying advanced analytics to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Collaborating with Marketing Executives and Marketing Science teams to optimize campaign performance and personalize marketing efforts.
- Leveraging marketing technology tools and data platforms to extract actionable insights that influence decision-making.
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that shape marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Identifying patterns and trends in structured and unstructured data to uncover growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Your Profile:
You are an experienced analytics professional with a strong technical foundation and proven ability to influence marketing decisions through data insights.
Top 5 Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL & Python
– for data manipulation, analysis, and insight generation. - Marketing Tech Tools Expertise
– Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo (or equivalent). - Campaign Performance Optimization
– experience with MMM, MTA tools, and personalized marketing strategies. - Data Visualization & Reporting
– proficiency in Tableau for dashboards and automated reporting. - Cross-functional Collaboration
– ability to work closely with marketing and analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Must-Have (Essential):
- 8+ years applying analytics to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Strong SQL & Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tech tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
- Skilled at identifying patterns and extracting insights from structured/unstructured data.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence decision-making.
- Proven experience in campaign performance optimization and personalized marketing.
- Ability to collaborate across functions with marketing executives and science teams.
Good-to-Have (Desirable):
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences.
- Experience with data governance, ROI analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Prior work in fast-paced, global organizations.
- Expertise with Tableau dashboards and automated reporting.
- Experience with marketing data in the travel domain.
- Strong operational improvement mindset.
