About the Role

Were looking for a Data Analytics Expert to build and own reporting for business and marketing performance. Youll transform raw data into clear, actionable insights using Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end reporting: define metrics, build dashboards, and automate recurring reports.
  • Analyze website, marketing, and funnel performance using Google Analytics, translating insights into growth strategies.
  • Design scalable Tableau dashboards for leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple sources.
  • Partner with business teams for ad-hoc analyses, cohort insights, A/B test readouts, and ROI analyses.
  • Maintain data quality, consistency, and documentation (KPIs, data dictionaries, report cadence).
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics/BI with proven ownership of business reporting.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, and SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning).
  • Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics acquisition, activation, retention, CAC, LTV, attribution basics.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into measurable KPIs and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with data pipelines/ETL (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Airflow/Flow equivalents).
  • Python (pandas) for analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing design and statistical inference.
  • Experience aligning reporting with CRM tools like Salesforce, MoEngage, HubSpot, or Zoho.
