Job Description – Fleet Operations Executive

Position Overview:

The Fleet Operations Executive is responsible for sourcing vehicles for spot rental requirements, coordinating with vendors and drivers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source cars on short notice for spot rental bookings.
  • Maintain a network of reliable car vendors, owners, and drivers.
  • Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms with suppliers.
  • Coordinate vehicle deployment, scheduling, and duty allocation.
  • Track vehicle movement and ensure timely reporting and closures.
  • Handle customer requirements, last-minute changes, and service issues.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet company standards for cleanliness and compliance.
  • Maintain daily logs of bookings, vendor usage, duty slips, and payments.
  • Support billing, documentation, and operational MIS reporting.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in car rental, fleet management or operations (preferred).
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination ability.
  • Ability to handle urgent requirements and work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of duty slips, billing, and operational documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/WhatsApp/Phone communication.
  • Should be a graduate (in any subject).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
