Problem management and enhancements for their respective brandsResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issuesFollowing standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customersWork on creating SOP's for incidents / requests that can be resolved by L1 team driving up First call resolutionEnsure Resolution notes are properly captured in JiraEnsure comments from End users on a ticket are timely addressedEnsure

Resolution SLA's based on priority of the tickets are metEnsure work executed on enhancements are performed in a truly agile fashionEnsure coding standards are followed and code is supported through at least 80% Unit test coverageEnsure code developed passes all checks from SONAR or relevant tools
