Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated ER Nurses specializing in Trauma and Orthopedic Patients for a full-time position in Hyderabad. This mid-level role requires a minimum of 4 years and up to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in emergency nursing, trauma care, and orthopedic assessment with a strong commitment to patient care and advocacy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Emergency Nursing (Mandatory skill) is required to deliver vital care in high-pressure scenarios with patience and precision.
  • Trauma Care (Mandatory skill) expertise is essential for managing severe injuries with efficiency and concern.
  • Orthopedic Assessment (Mandatory skill) capability to accurately diagnose and plan care solutions for musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Proficiency in Wound Management to ensure adequate treatment and healing of all patient wounds and injuries.
  • Patient Advocacy skill to provide support and education to patients and families, enhancing their healthcare experience.
  • Infection Control is important to prevent and control infectious diseases, assuring a safe environment for patients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical teams for optimal care delivery.
  • Ability to work efficiently under stress, managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent patient care and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate and effective nursing care to trauma and orthopedic patients in emergency and high-stress environments.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and administer appropriate treatment protocols for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
  • Manage patient wounds, including cleaning, stitching, dressing, and monitoring for infection signs.
  • Advocate for patient needs, ensuring comprehensive care plans and optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Implement infection control measures to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and healthcare workers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible care is provided to each patient.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and preventive health strategies.
