Incharge Nurse

Responsible for managing the shift.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned departments (Wards/ICU).
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring timely and accurate medical interventions.
**Clinical Duties:**
ER: Triage patients based on severity of condition, stabilize critical patients, and prepare them for further treatment or transfer.
Wards: Conduct routine patient assessments, manage daily care plans, and provide postoperative care.
ICU: Monitor critically ill patients, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced nursing procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
**Emergency Response:**
Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate and effective nursing care.
Participate in resuscitation and stabilization efforts as part of the critical care team.
**Team Collaboration:**
Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
