Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and supporting physicians and senior nurses in clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care as per medical and nursing protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs regularly.
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by doctors.
  • Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and emergency care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure infection control and patient hygiene standards are met.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing incharge, and allied health staff for patient care.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment in assigned areas.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Registered Nurse under State Nursing Council.
  • 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and emergency situations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
