Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned departments (Wards/ICU).

  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

  • Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring timely and accurate medical interventions.

  • **Clinical Duties:**

  • ER: Triage patients based on severity of condition, stabilize critical patients, and prepare them for further treatment or transfer.

  • Wards: Conduct routine patient assessments, manage daily care plans, and provide postoperative care.

  • ICU: Monitor critically ill patients, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced nursing procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.

  • **Emergency Response:**

  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate and effective nursing care.

  • Participate in resuscitation and stabilization efforts as part of the critical care team.

  • **Team Collaboration:**

  • Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
