Business Development: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understandtheir staffing needs, business objectives, and industry dynamics. Actively pursue newbusiness opportunities in the recruitment sector.

Profile Mapping & Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. Map candidates to client requirements, ensuring an optimal fit for both parties.

Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process—fromcraftingjob descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to conducting interviews.

Data Analytics: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess process efficiency andeffectiveness, making data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies. Client Relations: Deliver outstanding client service by providing insights and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client expectations andneeds.-

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong emphasis on business development within the HR sector.
  • Excellent communication in english, Good in Kannada and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Preferred Skills, In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment trends and best practices to attract top-tier talent.
