Job Summary
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, coordination with staff, vendors, and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain records related to staff, students, attendance, and assets
- Handle vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, stationery, and maintenance
- Oversee infrastructure, classrooms, labs, and office facilities
- Ensure timely procurement and inventory management of office supplies
- Coordinate with HR and HO for payroll inputs, attendance, and compliance
- Handle student-related admin support and parent queries when required
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and academy policies
- Support audits, inspections, and reporting as required
- Assist Branch Head in administrative planning and execution
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to handle vendors and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Prior experience in school/college/educational institute preferred
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in administration or operations
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Familiarity with education sector processes is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
