- Define, track, and continuously improve data-driven recruitment metrics, with a particular focus on quality of hire and long-term hiring outcomes.
- Lead and deliver strategic projects that advance the talent acquisition function, including interview process design, interviewer capability building, and candidate experience improvements.
- Balance speed and efficiency with rigorous assessment standards, ensuring every hire meets our talent, capability, and cultural expectations.

- Lead campus hiring initiatives and represent EquiLend at key industry and university events to strengthen our employer brand.
- Collaborate closely with global TA and HR teams to share best practices, contribute to global initiatives, and support hiring across other regions when required.
- Ensure adherence to global talent acquisition standards, policies, and processes, acting as the regional owner for consistent delivery and operational excellence.

- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years leading end-to-end regional or country-wide recruitment strategies in a hands-on capacity.
- Proven experience partnering with senior international stakeholders and operating with autonomy in a matrixed, global environment.

- Strong analytical capability with a data-driven mindset, able to interpret hiring analytics and convert insights into action.
- A collaborative, high-ownership leader who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Experience in mid-sized organisations or hands-on roles within larger companies where the candidate has directly managed end-to-end hiring responsibilities.
