Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics—TAT, pipeline status, and offer conversions.
Operations & HR Support
- Oversee onboarding activities including documentation, induction coordination, and background checks.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, HRIS updates, and monthly reports.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with delivery heads, business leaders, and project managers for manpower planning.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and operational tasks.
- Work closely with external vendors for recruitment and operations support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations workflows.
- Experience in IT/technology hiring is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems.
