We're a small, agile team obsessed with driving measurable results — and now, we're looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our pack.

Role Overview

As a Google Ads Specialist at Scaling Wolves, you'll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google's ecosystem — including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.

You'll work closely with the account and creative teams to drive performance, test new approaches, and scale campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, trends, and algorithm updates.
  • Report campaign insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads campaign management (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics — CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with scaling campaigns and budget management.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
