About the Role:

We're looking for a
social media powerhouse

— someone who lives and breathes content, thrives on trends, and knows how to make a brand stand out in a cluttered digital space. You'll be the voice, pulse, and energy of our brand online — turning creative ideas into scroll-stopping moments that people can't ignore.

If you're obsessed with great storytelling, aesthetics, and engagement — and have a knack for making things go viral — this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Own and grow the brand's social presence across platforms — Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Ideate, plan, and execute content that's original, on-trend, and true to the brand.

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to bring your ideas to life with a strong aesthetic sensibility.

  • Work closely with influencers and creators — from identifying the right partners to managing collaborations and negotiating deals.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and drive engagement and growth.

  • Write smart, sharp copy that connects with audiences instantly.

  • Stay ahead of trends, memes, formats, and cultural moments — and leverage them creatively.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to bring fresh, insight-driven content ideas to the table.

  • Promote content strategically through paid and organic means to maximize visibility and impact.

  • Act as the brand custodian across social touchpoints, ensuring tone, quality, and consistency.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience
    managing brand social media handles.

  • Proven track record of
    growing a brand or creator account
    through strategic and creative social media work.

  • Strong grasp of
    design aesthetics
    — able to brief, guide, and work closely with designers.

  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills
    ; can influence and collaborate with ease.

  • Deep understanding of
    brand voice, positioning, and storytelling
    .

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and obsessed
    with social media culture and innovation.

  • Highly
    organized and detail-oriented
    , with strong ownership and accountability.
