About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will support the HR function across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring smooth people processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience (recruitment + HR operations preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools/HRMS.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach.
