A small cafe is an integral part of Woloo PowderRooms. Woloo intends to open 10000 powderrooms across india at strategic transit locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of F&B Retail, based in Mumbai. The Head of F&B Retail will oversee the end-to-end retail operations, including business planning, sales strategies, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities involve driving retail growth, meeting sales targets, managing relationships with stakeholders, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in alignment with Woloo's mission and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strong Analytical Skills to develop, forecast, and execute growth strategies
  • Experience in Retail and Sales with a proven ability to achieve targets and foster customer satisfaction
  • Skillful in Team Management to lead, mentor, and motivate teams for optimal performance
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Background in the F&B or retail sector is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
