We are seeking a dedicated and responsible professional to oversee and manage housekeeping operations in a hospital environment. The role involves ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and patient care support through effective supervision of housekeeping staff and

coordination with nursing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage cleaning of all hospital areas including public spaces, wards, ICUs, private rooms, and patient areas as per hospital hygiene protocols.
  • Ensure timely and thorough cleaning, disinfection, and waste disposal following infection control standards.
  • Oversee bedside patient care assistance provided by housekeeping staff including helping bedridden patients with washroom needs and maintaining their surroundings.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hospital standards.
  • Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff for efficient and empathetic service delivery.
  • Coordinate with nursing, maintenance, and facility teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain records of cleaning schedules, manpower deployment, and material consumption.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
