Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Jauligrant Airport Dehradun. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and manage housekeeping operations, ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring daily activities, managing laundry services, handling customer service requests related to housekeeping, and ensuring efficient communication between team members to deliver a high standard of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage housekeeping staff effectively
  • Proficiency in Housekeeping
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and work under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and hygiene standards and protocols
  • Degree in Hotel Management
