We are looking for a skilled Banking Data Analyst (Marketing Analyst) with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience in Marketing Analytics.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns in banking operations.
  • Develop and maintain databases using SQL for marketing analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in marketing analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics tools and techniques, such as segmentation and clustering.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits and home lending.
  • Familiarity with Jupiter Notebook or similar tools is desirable.
  • Good understanding of data analysis principles and statistical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
