position at our Hyderabad Office. The Operations Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Operations Division (Issuing, Acquiring, Field Service, and Call Center) by transforming raw operational data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for designing and executing data analysis, building dashboards, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achievement of OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems (Oracle DB, Access, Excel, CRM, Call Center, POS networks).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., merchant service time ≤ 8h, complaint rate vs fintech benchmarks, CSAT uplift, franchise workforce growth).
  • Provide detailed analysis of operational performance and highlight trends, anomalies, and root causes.
  • Partner with Operations Managers, Experience Assurance Squad, and senior leadership to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support quarterly OKR tracking with accurate progress reports and predictive insights.
  • Perform incident and failure-time analysis to identify patterns and propose proactive solutions.
  • Work closely with technology teams to automate data flows and improve data quality.
  • Benchmark performance against global fintech standards (e.g., Revolut, N26) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech, banking, or large-scale operations/business.
  • Strong skills in Python SQL, Excel (PivotTables, Power Query), Access, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and root cause investigation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
