Job Description:
We are hiring a HR Manager in Kalol (Gandhinagar).

Position: HR Manager

Location: Kalol, Gandhinagar
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates
Qualification: Any graduation

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Payroll and Compensation:
    • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide solutions that enhance workplace harmony.
  4. Leave and Attendance Management:
    • Implement and monitor leave policies and attendance systems.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and arrange programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  6. Compliance and Legal:
    • Ensure adherence to labour laws and factory laws, managing compliance-related documentation and audits.
  7. Policy Implementation:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  8. Performance Management:
    • Facilitate performance appraisals and support managers in evaluating team effectiveness.
  9. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attrition, payroll, and training for management review.
  10. Fostering Culture:
    • Promote a positive workplace environment through team-building initiatives and engagement activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave, and training.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and factory laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
