We are hiring a Branch Credit Manager in Gujarat.

Position: Branch Credit Manager
Product: Secured Loan
Salary: Up to ₹5.50 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Secured Loan
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Age Limit: Up to 33 years

Locations: Lunawada, Petlad, Kalol (Gujarat)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Credit Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing the credit evaluation and loan disbursement processes for secured loans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in secured loan products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with credit policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credit Assessment:

    • Evaluate and approve loan applications based on creditworthiness, risk factors, and compliance with lending policies.
    • Analyze financial statements, CIBIL reports, and other necessary documents to determine credit limits.

  2. Loan Portfolio Management:

    • Manage the branch's secured loan portfolio to ensure profitability and minimize defaults.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for repayments and renewals.

  3. Branch Operations:

    • Work closely with branch teams to drive secured loan business growth.
    • Provide guidance to staff on credit policies and operational best practices.

  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks in loan applications and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

  5. Customer Engagement:

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and resolve credit-related queries.
    • Develop strategies to attract new customers and improve service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Graduation (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in secured loans, including credit appraisal and loan processing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in risk assessment and credit management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Team management experience is a plus.
