**Location**: Kalol GIDC (PMS), District Panchmahal, Gujarat

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage filing and documentation (physical and digital)
- Data entry in MS Excel and Tally Prime
- Maintain records and follow up with vendors
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and simple reports
- Maintain office supplies and petty cash records
- Support the accounts team with routine tasks

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn Tally Prime and office processes
- Punctual, organized, and disciplined work approach
