Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Kalol Taluka. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs, providing detailed information about various insurance products, and assisting clients in selecting the best insurance coverage for their needs. The role also involves maintaining records of sales activities, participating in promotional activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
- Relevant experience and knowledge of the insurance industry are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Local candidates are preferred
