Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Red Hat Certified Technical Instructor with expertise in Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), and Red Hat OpenShift. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level instruction, ensuring learners gain hands-on proficiency in Red Hat technologies and are well-prepared for industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver in-depth, instructor-led training for RHCE, and OpenShift to individuals, corporate clients, and teams.
● Design and develop tailored course materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and certification preparation guides.
● Provide practical examples and scenarios to demonstrate the real-world applications of Red Hat technologies.
● Offer expert guidance in system administration, advanced troubleshooting, and OpenShift deployment.
● Conduct workshops, boot camps, and certification review sessions for professional development.
● Mentor students in their preparation for certification exams by providing regular feedback and assessments.
● Stay current with the latest Red Hat technologies, releases, and industry best practices.
● Support students in troubleshooting lab environments, networking issues, and OpenShift cluster setups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● RHCE certification (Mandatory).
● Extensive hands-on experience with OpenShift (Certification preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience).
● Proficiency in Linux system administration, networking, and security configurations.
● Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
● Experience in automation using Ansible, Bash scripting, or other relevant tools.
● Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD workflows). ● Strong understanding of Linux networking, firewalls, and SELinux policies.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
● Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners, from beginners to advanced professionals.
Preferred:
● Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification. ● Experience in cloud-native architectures and microservices.
● Knowledge of IT infrastructure automation and cloud orchestration. ● Prior experience in a technical training or corporate mentoring role.
