**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for RHCSA and RHCE certification tracks for individuals and groups, both in-person and online.
- Develop and update course content to align with the latest RHCSA and RHCE exam objectives and industry best practices.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
- Evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding of RHEL concepts at both the administrator and engineer levels.
- Stay current with the latest developments in Red Hat technologies and certifications.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the training program and delivery methods.
- Assist in the development of new training courses related to Red Hat technologies.
- Provide support and guidance to participants outside of scheduled training sessions as needed.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certifications are mandatory.
- Proven experience as an RHCSA/RHCE Trainer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of participants.
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials for both RHCSA and RHCE certification tracks.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, containerization, and cloud computing is a plus.
- Patience and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
