Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Puducherry, India. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences, developing wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to ensure the design meets user needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement and refine design solutions. Keeping up with design trends and maintaining brand consistency in all projects will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in UI design, UX design, and wireframing tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
  • Strong understanding of user research, user testing, and user journey mapping
  • Proficiency in graphic design, visual design systems, and typography
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to transform designs into functional products
  • Knowledge of industry trends, accessibility principles, and best practices in digital design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with responsive web and mobile app design
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Previous experience in designing for e-commerce or supply chain industries is a plus
