Job Title: Senior C++ with Qt Developer

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled C++ with Qt Developer who can contribute to the design, development, and deployment of robust desktop and cross-platform applications. The role involves close collaboration with UI/UX teams, product managers, and testers to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain applications using C++ and the Qt framework (Qt Widgets, Qt Quick, QML).

Develop responsive and high-performance cross-platform GUIs for Windows/Linux/macOS.

Integrate applications with backend services, APIs, and databases.

Optimize code for scalability, performance, and memory usage.

Write and maintain unit tests, perform debugging, and resolve production issues.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Contribute to software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Core Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17).

Hands-on experience with Qt Framework (Qt Widgets, Qt Quick, QML).

Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.

Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, memory management.

Experience with UI/UX development, animations, and rendering.

Familiarity with cross-platform development (Windows/Linux/macOS).

Source control using Git; experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Debugging tools and performance profiling (e.g., Valgrind, GDB).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of OpenGL/DirectX for graphics programming.

Experience in embedded systems or device integration.

Exposure to networking (TCP/UDP, REST, WebSockets).

Familiarity with database integration (SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Scripting experience in Python or Bash.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
