**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create visually compelling graphics, animations, and video content for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and maintain the company's visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and video editing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
