Digital Marketing

  • Set up and lead the complete digital marketing function from scratch
  • Define strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, influencer & performance marketing
  • Plan and control budgets, negotiate with agencies/vendors, and ensure ROI-driven outcomes
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business impact aligned with company goals

E-commerce & Quick Commerce

  • Establish and scale presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.)
  • Take ownership of commercials: pricing, promotions, margins, and overall budgeting of e-commerce/quick commerce business
  • Set up systems for inventory planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment coordination
  • Work closely with agencies/platform partners to drive category growth and visibility
  • Negotiate for ad spends, promotional tie-ups, and platform-level advantages
  • Build and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability over time
