Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Valsad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will also be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting sales training sessions, and overseeing sales management tasks to achieve set targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or chemicals industry is a plus
