Location: Valsad (Vapi ), Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
Education: Graduate
Experience: 2 – 4 years in FMCG, Chemical, or Industrial products sales
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Executive to drive sales of our Industrial Glue product line. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial/B2B field sales with exposure to FMCG, chemical, or manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence for industrial glue.
- Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements in sales approach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 2 – 4 years of proven experience in industrial/B2B field sales, preferably in FMCG, chemicals, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
