Senior Site Engineer (Electrical) -Job Description

Designation: Senior Site Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Bengaluru & Chennai

Reporting To: Tech Head

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/BTech /MTech – EEE / EC

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 - 3,60,000 L.P.A

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute multiple electrical projects, including tray and cable laying, glanding, termination, panel, and sensor installation.
  • Ensure project completion as per specifications, reviewing technical designs and drawings for accuracy.
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Resolve site-related electrical issues effectively.

Key Deliverables (KRAs)

  • Preparation of BOQ, RA Bills, JMR, MOM.
  • Supervising contractual staff and subcontractors.
  • Performing cost estimations, cold trials, and system commissioning.
  • Preparing project handover reports for client submission.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in CAD.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle project documentation and reporting independently.
