Job Summary:

We are hiring a Site Execution Electrical Engineer to manage and supervise electrical works at our project sites across India. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical works at project sites.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth workflow.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at site.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Handle material management, site measurement, and work allocation.

Assist in testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Resolve site-related technical issues with the support of senior engineers/project managers.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting of site activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 1–5 years of experience in site execution (EPC/Infrastructure/Industrial projects).

Strong knowledge of site execution, electrical installations, and safety norms.

Proficiency in MS Excel & basic computer operations.

Good communication & coordination skills.

Must be willing to work Pan India (site-based assignments).

Additional Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Capable of handling contractors and labor teams.

Willingness to work in challenging site environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
