Role Objective
To develop and implement effective marketing strategies for Skylines residential and commercial projects, enhance brand awareness, attract prospective customers, and contribute to overall sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns.
- Manage the creation of marketing content, collaterals, and promotional materials.
- Plan and monitor marketing budgets ensuring optimum ROI.
- Coordinate with advertising, PR, and digital agencies to maintain a strong and consistent brand image.
- Oversee events, offline promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Support sales teams through timely lead generation and campaign effectiveness tracking.
