We Are Hiring – Marketing Manager

Company: Bright House Staffing Solutions PVT LTD, Kochi

Job Location: All Kerala

Bright House, a leading provider of facility management solutions including housekeeping, security, and maintenance services, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote facility management services across Kerala.
  • Drive lead generation and business growth through innovative campaigns.
  • Manage and guide the marketing team towards achieving targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales & operations teams to ensure service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing (facility management/service industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute statewide campaigns.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

What We Offer:
