About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin - Accounts Executive to oversee administrative tasks while managing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, accounting knowledge, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.

  • Maintain financial records and reconcile bank statements.

  • Assist in financial reporting, tax filing, and audit preparations.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

· Oversee office operations, inventory, and vendor management.

· Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and internal coordination.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.

· Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
