Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Client Servicing Executive will manage day-to-day client relations and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, overseeing projects, preparing presentations, managing accounts, and identifying client needs to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful Presentations
  • Strong Customer Service abilities with an orientation toward client satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
